Rubbish, the photograph clearly shows Tom Cruise pointing to the footprints of Xenu the ancient galactic ruler.
The goatherder has been subjected to Scientologist mind-scrubbing as a result of a chance encounter with Jamie Packer & John Saffran. This must be undone. These common marks are nothing more than the result of debris from the landing pods of crop-circle makers from Sirius . Easily explained, so there's no need to jump to silly conclusions like wookies or bigfoot.
